HERE IS OUR SIMPLE WEB DESIGN PROCESS
We begin with a brief fact-gathering questionnaire. This will serve as the foundation for a meeting, which can be held in person or via Zoom. This is the point at which we’ll ask you to expand on your prior responses. We’ll provide ideas and answer any questions you have as we go.
We’ll have a better understanding of your needs by the end of this stage, and we’ll leave you with a quote.
If you choose to continue, we will begin our journey together!
We’ll go away and use the information you’ve given us to build the site’s basic structure and layout.
Simultaneously, you should prepare and send us any photographs, text, or other related content you want to include.
We’ll send you a private link once we’ve finished the basic build of the site so you can take a look and provide feedback.
We’ll make any amendments and this fine-tuning stage can last as long as you need it to.
The website will not be made public until everyone is completely satisfied. Even once live, there may be some minor tweaks that need to be made.
Bespoke or Template Design
We love designing bespoke sites however we do offer templated web design for clients on a tighter budget.
Unlimited Revisions
Once we complete the initial design of the site, we can tweak and change it as many times as you require. If you don’t like the design, we’ll start all over again.
Responsive Design
All designs adapt to the device it's being viewed on. This is called responsive design and is key to a successful website.
Includes Maintenance and Hosting
All sites come with our comprehensive 12 month maintenance and hosting package.

Our pricing starts low for a basic one-page website and goes up depending on what is added to the project. The best way to get an accurate idea of cost is to have a none committal chat. All work is quoted upfront and we never proceed without your prior approval of a written quote.
Yes, you can. All our sites are built on WordPress so it’s quite simple to amend your own content.
We’re based in Wombwell and mainly have clients in Barnsley, Rotherham, Wakefield, Dearne Valley, Sheffield and Huddersfield.
However that said, if you want to work with us, then we're happy to work with you as we can have meeting over Zoom.
Absolutely. All of our designs are responsive which means they adapt to the size of the screen they are being viewed on.

That said, there are certain situations where we might not be the best choice to work with you on your project.
If any of the following apply, we're probably not the web agency for you…
– You want something for free or cheap because you have more work to offer us in the future.
– You need convincing that you need a website.
– You’ve dabbled in web design, but don’t have the time to do the work yourself.
– You don’t value our time or your own and choose to waste it.
Generally, you will need to supply us with written content and relevant photos or artwork. We can help by sourcing stock images for certain situations.
If you would like us to create written content then we charge £25 per hour.
We find this all depends on you. We have generally finished the build process before you have sent us all the content.
If all goes to plan. From the initial meeting to official go live can be as little as a month.
Yes, we can.
Yes, email addresses are included with an active hosting account.
We provide these on our own enterprise email hosting platform.
Yes, we would always advise using HTTPS. However, if there is a specific reason you want HTTP then that’s fine too.
You do. Simple as that.
If you choose to move your site away from us then we’ll be disappointed. However, we’ll help you do so. You just need to let us know where you are moving to and we’ll help arrange the transfer of your domain. we’ll supply you with a backup of your site and database to pass onto your new company.
We don’t class ourselves as cheap. We're affordable. The work we do is of the utmost quality.
We're a small business and as such have low overheads.
Finally, we are not greedy and prefer to build long lasting relationships with our customers, which in turn means more sustainable businesses for us all.
We accept Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards or Direct Debit payments.
Payment plans can be applied to any site costing over £1000.
Maintenance and hosting can be paid for annually or monthly.
All payment plans are made at our discretion.
For all other services, the full balance is payable upfront.
Unfortunately, in this day and age, we have to cover ourselves from potential litigation and as such by signing up to any of our services it is assumed you have agreed to it.
That said, as long as you don’t do anything illegal and pay on time you should have no issues. we’d always talk to you first before doing anything drastic!
