Keith has been a customer of ours for many years, and he came to us to rejuvenate his ageing e-commerce store. The original was built on a custom-made platform that offered very limited flexibility around design and product management — a common story for businesses that started on bespoke platforms a decade ago and have outgrown them since.
Our recommendation was a move to WordPress with WooCommerce as the e-commerce backbone. This gave Keith genuine design freedom and, crucially, a far more straightforward management process — he can now add products, update pricing, and manage orders himself without needing to call us every time.
The new store sits on our high-performance global hosting service, which means it loads quickly and handles traffic spikes without slowing down — important for a store selling seasonal solar kit.
