Forklift Hire & Sales came to us with a problem familiar to a lot of established businesses: a website locked into a limited in-house CMS provided by another company, with no real way to update inventory or grow the site without paying for development time on someone else's terms.
We rebuilt it on WordPress, using custom post types to give the team complete control over their stock. Forklifts available for hire or sale can be added, edited, or retired in real-time by their internal team — no developer needed, no waiting on someone else's queue. The new design took inspiration from the original for brand continuity, but reorganised the content into intuitive categories that match the way buyers actually browse.
Paired with our hosting, the result is a contemporary, fast, and flexible site that the team can actually run themselves.
