Our pricing starts low for a basic one-page website and goes up depending on what is added to the project. The best way to get an accurate idea of cost is to have a none committal chat. All work is quoted upfront and we never proceed without your prior approval of a written quote.
Yes, you can. All our sites are built on WordPress so it’s quite simple to amend your own content.
We’re based in Wombwell and mainly have clients in Barnsley, Rotherham, Wakefield, Dearne Valley, Sheffield and Huddersfield.
However that said, if you want to work with us, then we're happy to work with you as we can have meeting over Zoom.
Absolutely. All of our designs are responsive which means they adapt to the size of the screen they are being viewed on.

That said, there are certain situations where we might not be the best choice to work with you on your project.
If any of the following apply, we're probably not the web agency for you…
– You want something for free or cheap because you have more work to offer us in the future.
– You need convincing that you need a website.
– You’ve dabbled in web design, but don’t have the time to do the work yourself.
– You don’t value our time or your own and choose to waste it.
Generally, you will need to supply us with written content and relevant photos or artwork. We can help by sourcing stock images for certain situations.
If you would like us to create written content then we charge £25 per hour.
We find this all depends on you. We have generally finished the build process before you have sent us all the content.
If all goes to plan. From the initial meeting to official go live can be as little as a month.
Yes, we can.
Yes, email addresses are included with an active hosting account.
We provide these on our own enterprise email hosting platform.
Yes, we would always advise using HTTPS. However, if there is a specific reason you want HTTP then that’s fine too.
You do. Simple as that.
If you choose to move your site away from us then we’ll be disappointed. However, we’ll help you do so. You just need to let us know where you are moving to and we’ll help arrange the transfer of your domain. we’ll supply you with a backup of your site and database to pass onto your new company.
We don’t class ourselves as cheap. We're affordable. The work we do is of the utmost quality.
We're a small business and as such have low overheads.
Finally, we are not greedy and prefer to build long lasting relationships with our customers, which in turn means more sustainable businesses for us all.
We accept Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards or Direct Debit payments.
Payment plans can be applied to any site costing over £1000.
Maintenance and hosting can be paid for annually or monthly.
All payment plans are made at our discretion.
For all other services, the full balance is payable upfront.
Unfortunately, in this day and age, we have to cover ourselves from potential litigation and as such by signing up to any of our services it is assumed you have agreed to it.
That said, as long as you don’t do anything illegal and pay on time you should have no issues. we’d always talk to you first before doing anything drastic!

HOSTING FAQ
We pre-install WordPress for you so you can get started right away. Simply purchase a package, choose your settings, and you’re all set.
Yes, you can migrate your existing WordPress website to us with minimal fuss. Contact us if you need assistance.
To keep our WordPress platform at optimal performance, we only allow WordPress to be installed. You’re still free to write, add and modify WordPress-compatible code and files, such as themes, plugins, media uploads etc. You’ll also have full access to mailboxes and email accounts outside WordPress.
We update the WordPress core for you automatically whenever updates are released. If you install any third party themes or plugins, you’ll need to update them yourself from your WordPress dashboard.
Our state-of-the-art data centres offer the latest in security technologies and are manned 24/7, ensuring your data and websites are secure and monitored at all times. We have a resilient national network and enterprise level cloud platform so you get the best possible hosting experience. They are based in the UK.
Yes: all our servers run on 100% renewable energy, and we can boast a PUE of 1.12. PUE stands for power usage efficiency, and lower is better.
We provide support via your control panel. We also offer a paid WordPress Support and Maintenance option as an additional service. All our support is UK based and we never outsource it, meaning you’re always speaking to someone who understands our services and platforms inside out.
DOMAINS FAQ
Domains are registered at registry level as soon as you complete the checkout process with us. It can take up to 72 hours for a domain name to become visible on the internet as it globally updates. This applies for all domain names regardless of extension or registrar. However, in the majority of cases your domain name will be live within a few hours.
No. We don't try and lock you in by falsely inflating the renewal. So long as the wholesale price of your domain does not increase, your renewal price will be the same as you originally paid.
You own your domain name and therefore have full rights and control over it; we never register a customer domain in our name if purchased through our control panel.
All domain names are set to renew automatically so you don’t have to worry about remembering it yourself! If you prefer not to auto-renew, you can change this from your control panel.

WORDPRESS MAINTENANCE FAQ
Yes, theme, plugins and WordPress Core updates are included.
Strictly speaking no, however some of the work covered under the WordPress maintenance such as deadlink checks can assist with your rankings.
If you are hosting your website on our servers, it will be protected by a full suite of security features such as DDOS protection, auto scaling and load balancing, malware scanning and our own login and anti hack protection. If you host elsewhere, we'll work with your web host to implement the best protection we can.
We'll fix it.
Hosted on our servers, we scan for malware everyday. Hosted elsewhere we scan once a week. Any malware found will be removed.
Your website will continue to function as normal however, we will remove any software added as part of the maintenance plan. You will then be responsible for the upkeep of the site.
Payment is either monthly or annually and can be paid by bank transfer, card or direct debit.
